What Is The Treatment For Chest Pain And Tender Rib Cage?
I have been having severe pain in the middle of my chest that moves and becomes localized under my right rib cage and my right shoulder blade .After the pain is gone I am very sore and tender to the touch in that area under the rib cage. I have been throwing up also.

Thanks for your query
I think you are suffering from costochondritis. You need to go for a chest x-ray. You need non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for treatment as and when required and in severe cases you may have local steroid injections. Its course is very unpredictable and may resolve spontaneously though it may take time to disappear.
