What Is The Treatment For Chest Pain And Dry Cough?

Hi I've been having him a cough for the past three days and had a fever on the first day and then the cough became worse but no more fever. then I went to see a doctor and he prescribed me with antibiotics and this medicine that loosen the cough and listened to my chest front and back, then started today i heard gurgling sound for my chest right below my collarbone, now my chest is very painful from each cough, coughs are mostly dry

I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you should consult pulmonologist and get done chest x ray to rule out lower respiratory tract infection ( LRTI).
Pneumonia appears more likely in your case.
It causes pleurisy (inflammation of pleura). Chest pain on coughing is characteristic feature of pleurisy. You are also having fever , which also favours pneumonia.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done chest x ray to rule out pneumonia.
