What Is The Treatment For Bulky Uterus With Intramural Fibroids And Hypo Echoic Lesions?

Hi doctor I m 49 yrs old recently I got my uterus scanning done and it shows that I hv bulky uterus wit intramural fibroids report says that my uterus wise is 113 into 54 into 80 mm, bulky in size Evidence of two well defined hypoechoic lesions noted in fundus and posterior myometrium measuring 2.9 into 2.9 cm and 6.9 into 6.3 cms respectively Endometrial thickness is normal and all d other reports are normal doctor plz suggest me

Hi,

Considering your age and size of fibroid on the posterior wall of uterus, you will need a gyneac check-up to plan for surgery. If it increases you may have urinary symptoms as the uterus will compress upon the bladder.
