What Is The Treatment For Bradycardia?

I am wearing an halter monitor for my heart and every night it goes off and I call it in and they say that my respiration goes very low under 60 than it shoots up to 90 in my sleep out of 5 nights 4 nights my heat rate did this. What do you think is wrong? I am 48 female and 260 lbs. I have tachycardia and high BP. I have had problems lately about my heart feels like it drops in my chest than bounces up toward my throat. this is why I have a moniter. Can you please help me

you should have a thorough monitoring of your heart and pacemaker.Drugs like Isoprenaline and atropine will be helpful for bradycardia and metoprolol for tachycardia.consult cardiologist for expert management.thankyou
