What Is The Treatment For Blurred Vision And Numbness In The Hand?

I was recently diagnosed with cavernous angioma. I have had 5 mini seizures and one in October that lasted for almost an hour. I have new symptoms that have started. In November I started experiencing blurred vision, last weekend my fingers on my right hand went numb and now my entire hand all the way past my elbow is numb and it is painful. I am also still having the blurred vision. However, last night while attempting to drive home, my vision became somewhat impaired and at times was double. My right foot is also numb. Should I be concerned. I was told that due to the location of my angioma that nobody would operate on me.

Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Considering your symptoms and the fact that you have been diagnosed with a cavernous angioma, I would recommend going to the ER as soon as possible for a brain CT scan. Your symptoms could indicate a possible hemorrhagic stroke, which is quite common in cavernous angioma.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
