What Is The Treatment For Blood In Stool?

Hi..I am having blood in my stool whenever I eat a very little spicy food. Neither my stool is hard nor any pain in my anal. But there is a problem of itching. When I was in India in summer and I was having spicy food, a lot of blood was passing with stools. Now when I am in a cold country, a very little spicy food causes some blood. Please advise me.
