What Is The Treatment For Bloating Of Stomach?

After eating or drinking anything, I feel very bloated in the area directly under the breast area..feels as though there is a very tight belt around me...I don't feel sick..just very uncomfortable..I do eat a lot of spicy food and drink soda..
I don't like water, and drink NONE..I know I need to change my eating habits and I have been diagnosed with acid reflux and don't always take my meds...Any ideas on what might be going on? Thank you...
