What Is The Treatment For Blepharitis?

Hi, I am trying to find an experienced and well respected physician in the field of blepharitis in the central Massachusetts area. I realize that this is a chronic disease, but for a year and a half I have been dealing with this and doing the hot compresses and baby shampoo procedure, to not much avail. It will sometimes seem that it is going away but I have developed a few "bumps" in my lid and the itching sometimes can be annoying. I would like to find a physician who could clear this up, relatively speaking, before it gets even worse. Thanks
p.s. I no longer have a computer so I am using the library one occasionally. Please do not give out the address as I do not get on here often enough and everything will just pile up.
