What Is The Treatment For Anxiety , Panic And Sleeping Disorders?

hEIGHT 184 CMS, 100 kg WEIGHT .
Was o Cpralex 10 mg mdicatio along with 0.5 mg Rivotril for 1 yesr ...duing whcih Cipralex was brought down to 2 mg & Rivotril to 0.25 mg regular & 0.5 mg for SOS situations.
I was being treated for anxiety / panic related disorder .
Now since last 6 days we ve stopped Cipralex completely but last bfew days I m experiencing extreme insomnia & also panic attacks have returned in nights.
Doctor has told me to have the 0.25 Rivotril regularly & 1 mg Fulnite for SOS if I dont get sleep.
Fulnite causes grogginess in mornings & does not work sometimes ...
I m losing the sleep related confidence . Till last week i was not having such symptoms & I approached phychiatrist to help me taper off the last bit of medicine I was consuming...
pl advise me on what track I m right now .

I understand your concern.
Usually If you have still panic attack then it would better if you take mild dose of cepralex.
Cepralex is relatively safe in long term and no major side effects.
If you do not have proper sleep then need to increase dose of rivotril from 0.5 mg to 1 mg.
Or add zolpidam 5 mg along with rivotril 0.5 mg for better sleep.
Tab zolpidam has long half life then fulnite.
It would more convenient to you.
