What Is The Treatment For Anxiety Disorder?

i'm concerned i have some type of anxiety disorder or something because i'm always stressed out about everything, even when good things happen i still seem to only be happy for a short period of time followed by worry and a mix of emotions, my hands are always shaky something that has bothered me for 4 years or so. Also have a strange appetite and have for the last couple of years, went to a doctor and they did and endoscopy and some tests but couldn't figure anything out. Any ideas?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Being stressed is not always anxiety disorder. But I can feel some sort of health obsession in you which sooner or later convert into health related anxiety. Please do not obsess with health matters. You went to a doctor and he confirmed you are alright. So be it. Trust him, get the facts right, get to work. Obsessing with health matters are always lethargic.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. From the given description, it seems just that you are disappointed. Disappointment arising out of common life situations could produce symptoms as in the case of depression. But they pass within a week or so.

In your case, I think, you are carrying on with the symptoms. That so happens mainly because you are obsessing with those symptoms. Leave obsessing. Indulge yourself in activities which are entertaining. Think positive.
