What Is The Treatment For Anemia Disorder?

I successfully completed the HCG diet 6 weeks ago and have followed the maintenance program and have been rigorously working out. However, I have anemia disorder that comes and goes and is back with a vengeance. I have been weak and faint for 3 days now. Although replenishing my body with iron enriched foods I am still feeling not myself. Could the HCG have affected me that bad? How do I quickly build up my hemoglobin?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have iron deficiency anemia. You should take oral or injectable iron therapy. You should take iron rich food like dates, dryfruits, jeggary, green leafy vegetables etc. Consult your doctor and start treament accordingly.
