What Is The Treatment For Anal Fissures?

I am 30 years old woman and am having anal fissures for the last 8 years. Normally, it used to heal in two to three days. Prior mensuration, this problem occurs. I have normal stools yet anal fissures has occured. Kindly, suggest me some ointment or medicine (allopathic or ayurvedic). Kindly tell me is it advisable to go for botolumin toxin injection? is it safe?

Dear anal fissure treated with lifestyle changes with medication.avoid spicy food and alcohol.use dilzem gel local application,mucopain gel local application,syrp.duphalac 30ml at night.eat high fiber diet. you can take botulinum injection limited doses safly.if symptoms not improved you may need surgery. please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
