Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that a bump on the anal orifice or butt hole that is more painful after bowel movements can be most probably a Hemorrhoid or piles..

Hemorrhoids are inflamed and swollen veins that are formed when there is continuous irritation of the veins present in the rectum area and inflammation can lead to pain and bleeding during bowel evacuation..

It is commonly seen in individuals with constipation or chronic diarrhea, diabetes, obesity etc..

In your case if seems that the medications given to you are to maintain proper bowel movements like stool softeners, laxatives etc..
You can continue with the same and also start apply topical ointments containing steroids and numbing agents like Lignocaine..
Do cool compresses..
You should also do sitz bath that is sitting in warm water tub especially after bowels..
You can do cool compresses..
Avoid spicy foods as it can increase irritation and pain..
Drink plenty of water..

In case if still there is no relief consult a Proctologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical examination and anoscopy can be done..
You can be advised surgical procedures like Rubber band ligation, sclerotherapy or Hemorrhoidectomy that is surgical removal of the hemorrhoids..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
