Hello! I struggle with acne and I finally found a regimen that worked for me! It kept it clear for about 2 months, but now I'm breaking out like crazy. Its not around my period time, and I think my skin is getting used to the products. What can I do to prevent my skin from getting used to the products but still keep it clear?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne on your face which could be due to hormonal changes, stress, excessive exposure to sun. and clogged pores of skin. I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide then apply cream containing azelaic acid which is safe and very effective. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables also drink plenty of water. Exfoliate your skin with non comedogenic exfoliant once a week to remove dead skin. If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment . Doctor may prescribe retinoid ointment and antibiotic like clindamycin. You can go for laser therapy as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
