What Is The Treatment For Abdominal Pain, diarrhoea And Blood In Stools?

28 year old male 163lbs at 5'9" very active cardio and strength training and in the army. Have had diarrhea every morning for about 2.5 years that smells like burnt rubber with a small amount of random sized almost falling apart stool chunks. Rest of the day is just soft or soft small chunks and sometimes include water like fluid. Get random times where it burns during and after as if it was stomach acid. Doesnt change no matter the food, water/fluid intake, or medication the only food that seems to have any effect is food that is greasy or very spicy, when i eat them i have constant explosive diarrhea that hits me in seconds before i have to go. I have had random on and off abdominal pains just below right rib cage from mid teenage years. I have had random stomach pains in belly button and down on left and right side not always both sides at same time from mid teenage years. And random perneium pains as if a knife was stabbing the area since teenage years aswell as some random blood in stool and water and on tp paper teenage years. Any help would be great, to enbarrassed to go to army pa

Hi you have given quite a long history of diarrhoea pain abdomen and perinaeum. But the positive things in your history are you are very active and your weight has not come down. But any way you need to be investigated for this you take up investigation like stool examination, ultrasound abdomen, thyroid profile, electrolytes and these basic investigation should throw light into the problem.Dont feel shy about the diarrhoea and flatulence because doctors are there to help you out and everything is part of human body.Take care
