Similar complaints can present in Cystic disease of the kidneys, which easily picked up in ultrasound and in very rare case by malignancy. So don't be panic, consult some physician near by, get the test done, continue your antibiotic (urine culture guide us in selecting the best drug for you) and than plan accordingly. Hope this information will help you.
