What Is The Treatment For A Twisted Knee?
Twisted knee and hearx a pop during karate i can not bear much weight on it but i can walk with stick. It sweelled up right away. Been putting ice on it. Do you think I need to go see a doctor or nurse or something I can do it home. What do you think it could be it's very painful to straighten Lake completely

I would like to suggest you to get MRI of the knee joint to see if there is any damage inside the knee joint like meniscus tear or ligament injury.I would also recommend you to wear knee brace and do not walk fast or jump. Apply ice to knee and compression bandage. Also take Brufen for pain relief.
