What Is The Treatment For A Pain Caused By A Swollen Shoulder?

Taking physical therapy for months. started swollen left shoulder, then pulled muscle on the side and back under same arm. pt did cupping for scar tissue break up. a little better,but now, pain in back and shoulder, and under armpit. skin dimpled in at crease, hard to stretch out. goes back in. lymph area by armpit swollen puffy.

the patient can be treated with the following medicine, in my patients who comes with such complaints, I get the nice result,
1) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day
2) Tab Chlorzoxazone three time in day
keep continue the physiotherapy rule out the possibility of frozen shoulder, hope this information help the patient, have nice day.
