What Is The Treatment For A Neck Pain?

Hey i just got out of the shower. I was drying myself, i turned my head ever so slightly to the right to dry my arm pit. I then hear this loud crack on the left side of my neck. I now cant move my neck at all because of the pain. What do i do? The pain is more to the left side of my neck.

Hey, it sounds like you strained your neck. You'll probably be just fine...but there's going to be a little pain. I'd get some ice on the most painful part of the neck. If your neck remains stiff and immobile over the next couple of hours you may wish to see a doctor to be examined and potentially get a prescription for some form of acute treatment. Please rate this a 5 STAR ENCOUNTER and write me at: www.YYY.YY/YYYYYYYYYY with more questions.
