Hello, i have a small (smaller then a pea) sized lump at the top of my right testical it is smooth and feels almost as there is gel inside of it with a grain of sand in the middle it moves back and forth and hurts if pressure is applied to it, I m kind of worried and wondering what it could be, my mother is a Veterinarian and she told me the symptoms just seems like a cyst and not to be worried, what do you think?
