What Is The Treatment For A Lump In The Arm?

my husband all of a sudden as of today has a 3/4 wide and 9 long on the inside of his upper arm, trying to figure out what it is... he donated platelets a little over a week ago, other than that no heavy lifting and nothing constricting in that spot which could have caused it.
