What Is The Treatment For A Hard Lump In The Penis?

I have a hard bump in the area between my penis and scrotum. This bump started as a small hard bump. When I popped it, it discharged a clear liquid. I then left it alone. About a week later, it had grown and gotten a bit itchy. I popped it again and it discharged a milky liquid and the area is now sore. The bump is red colored. I have never had any form of sexual intercourse so I can t imagine it being an STD. Do I need to seek medical attention?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might behaving infected sebaceous cyst or ingrown hair infection.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
If there is infection, you will be alright but if persisted, consult your doctor and go for examination to rule out cyst.
