Hi doctor, my sister's son age is 9 years old.
During pregnency he drunk liquor; in 11 th month he was attacked by fits.from past 2 years he has been suffering fron head-ache, vomting, and fever. he does not concentrate on studies, lack of memory. please consider and guide me as propper.
