What Is The Treatment For A Bump On The Scrotum?
About 2 months ago in the shower while shaving I noticed a red bump on my scrotum no pain and no itch felt like there was something inside when I touched it through the skin. I tried to pop it and puss came out. It has been there still since and I recently applied rubbing alcohol on the bump with a band aid on it and it turned black sort of stabbed over night. I was told it could be due to me not wearing boxers and scraping on my jeans. Not sure if it is a cyst or boil or pimple but i want it to go away as i am uncomfortable even attempting to have sexual intercourse. Not because of pain but because it is unsightly. What can I apply on it..should I try more rubbing alcohol

First of all stop using alcohol on the skin of scrotum; you can use povidone iodine instead,
the red bump is an infected sebaceous cyst, which you have popped. IT has gone through the changes which you have mentioned.
You may need a short course of an antibiotic and this will be fine.
