Hello,

There are many causes for diarrhea, abdominal pain, and vomiting which includes acute gastroenteritis, dysentery, Irritable bowel syndrome, food Intolerance, premenstrual syndrome, or inflammatory bowel problems.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Get ultrasound abdomen and blood investigation and get treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
