What Is The Treatment For UTI Symptoms Such As Burning Sensation While Urinating With Positive Result For WBC On AZO Home Test?
I am a male and I ve been experiencing symptoms of a uti - burning urination, no discharge, but some chills. I took a AZO home test and it came up positive for WBC but negative for nitrates. I m unable yonder a DR right now, are there any ways I can treat it on my own. Does it sound like a UTI or something else

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
