What Is The Treatment For Rhinorrhea?

Hi, Doctor, I had a blunt head injury due to which the CSF got out through nose a state called rhinnorhea, as and when i started medicine i got motions and now i has been nearly 50 days. I am using Metronidazole but of no use. Still I am having motions and weakness is there, although I don t have abdominal cramps, fever or bloody stools. the treatment although stopped in ten days but this disorder still continues. i am getting weak due to motions i am taking fluids too but still i am getting weaker.What should be done?

Hello,

I think you may developed pseudomembranous enterocolitis. Need stool examination and colonoscopy. Use cap Guy Om for five days. Use cap. Clindamycin 300 for five days. If no improvement or developed allergy to above medication, please consult with your physician immediately.
