What Is The Treatment For Prinzmetal's Angina?

I have been diagnosed with Prinzmetal angina. Am I ok to exercise regularly? Over the last week I have felt very tired and lethargic.

I am a 55 year old female weighing 11st and am 5ft 6 ins tall. I have been exercising for 50mins at least 5 days per week. I had a heart attack in 2006 when I was very fit. My arteries are not furred but I can get pain across my back at rest. The problem at the moment is that I feel so tired. I thought it could be because of taking antihistamines along with my other medication (asprin, diltiazem,ramipril,atorvastatin, lansoprazole) but I have reduced them to one each day and still feel tired.I also have a GTN spray to use when I need it.

@ Avoid smoking / tobacco / any abuse substances.
@ Keep laughing & joy from inside very vital for all anginal patients.
@ Avoid oily / spicy / nonveg / excess ghee / excess sugar / cheese
@ Maintain proper hydration / BP / Blood sugar / Cholesterol levels.
@ Avoid excess work outs beyond body acceptance.
