OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,

Usually PCOS presents with symptoms like irregular periods, anovulation, insulin resistance etc. But as your ultrasound after treatment showed normal ovaries, you may not be having these symptoms at present.

As good sized dominant follicle didn't develop previously, your doctor might have doubled the dose of Siphene for ovulation induction induction and prescribed FSH injections. So, this time there is possibility that you may achieve good sized dominant follicle and hopefully able to conceive.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sree Gouri S. R., OBGYN
