What Is The Treatment For GERD?

hi im 18 years old and have been suffering from i guess gerd for 7 years well the doctor hasnt fully told me i had it yet but everyone thinks i do i got an edoscopy but they found nothing i got all these medacines i tryed to take natural remedies to heal it or at least temporarly help it but nothing is working the doctors cant find anything its stressing me out and stess makes me feel even worse i dont know how to get rid of this nausea?! im starting to get depressed i feel like my life is over cause of this im always sick i cant sit down without feeling horrible im failing school cause im always leaving home cause i feel like im gonna vomit i just dont know what to do about all this nausea and acid i always have a watery mouth and esophagus all these acid reflux medicines arent working this diet ive been on hasnt worked either what do i do to stop all of this can i get surgery for gerd? or can stress cause nausea,gas and bloating after every meal or sometimes even when i dont eat for days im sick and cant even move or breath right,i feak out when ever im sick and i dont know how to calm myself how can i get rid of gerd and stress? plz someone help im so miserable and hungry i dont eat for weeks cause of my stomach and esophagus is there anything out there that can help or maybe a certain diet for about 4 years ive been only eating non acidic foods and fruits i only drink water and sometimes caffeine free tea or poweraid but my diet hasnt worked what can i do please help my life is just getting more and more horrible cause of me being sick

Prefer soft , light , bland , vegan diet till possible .
Consume more of whole grains , cereals , pulses , legumes , organic fresh fruits .
Avoid all oily , spicy , non veg , hot beverages , junk foods , carbonated drinks .

Avoid over eating , prolong fasting .
Avoid resting upto 2 hours after meals .
Fix your timing of breakfast , lunch , dinner till possible .
Avoid late night parties , dinners .
Keep the head end of the bed elevated for 30 degrees when resting .

Have regular walking in fresh air , exercises , YOGA .
Avoid smoking , alcohol if consuming .
Avoid stress , anxiety .
Manage to have regular sound sleep of 8 hours .

Intake of Proton pump inhibitors as omeprazole or pantoprazole on empty
stomach 1 hour prior to lunch ; antacid syrups as mylanta or others according to the advise of your doctor helps .

Keep your BP , blood sugar , cholesterol , body weight under control .
