Welcome to Healthcare Magic
The ovarian cysts if very large or many in number may need to be surgically removed as they are causing problem. If she is having right upper abdominal pain and passing fatty stools then she could be having pain also because of gall bladder stones. Get her evaluated by her Doctor and required treatment for the urgent matter at hand be done first. She can take pain killers for her pain when she gets.
