i HOPE SO. ABOUT A WEEK AGO GOING DOWN STAIRS TOO FAST I HEARD A POP AND MY KNEE GAVE OUT AND WAS PAINFUL. SINCE THEN ICED IT AND TOOK ALLEVE WHICH HELPED SOMEWHAT. VERY STIFF AT TIMES. CAN THIS BE AN ACL TEAR? MY ORTHO IS AWAY TIL 9/6 AND I AM TREATING IT MYSELF
