need survivoral rate for a 83year old male who had a heart attack 11 years ago and just had a stroke last week. laying in a hospital with a collar on because they do not know if he injured himself in the fall. moves involuntary family believes when he opens his eyes that patience his looking at them no answers are given to them by the doctors but that time will tell.and to give a trac and feeding tube some believe because of age he will grow depented on and will then never have it removed and never be able to speak again resusciated 6 times in a matter of days family does not understand extend of brain damage i would like your opinion.. susan
