What Is The Surgical Remedy For Prolapsed Vagina?

My gynecologist has moved and the Dr. she referred me to has quit. I need to see a Dr. for prolapsed vagina. I experienced problems with this several years ago and was fitted with a pessesary. (sp) I used it for several weeks and have not needed it since. I am on medi-care and do not know who to call for this problem. I would like to have it surgically fixed as I am very active. The problem is really beginning to affect my everyday living.
