What is the sure cure for throat congestion since long ?
I had throat conjection since my child hood,did not have sore throat ,throat pain ,but lot of discomfort especially during nights.I had sinus also ,two years back i had severe sneezing and watering from my nose and i took medication .i had dental problem also .bleeding in gums while brushing and bad breath .consulted dentist confirms bone loss and carried out flap surgery three years back.Now since long i had reddishness in throat ,sides of tung and dental problem persisting till today and discomfort in throat and noticed white mass in tung daily morning and noticed some white mucus in the edge of tung and upper part of mouth ,I did not have fever or any thing expect some pain at eyes and surrounding areas during night..I want to know is bone loss is due to sinus in my teeth and at present how to cure my problem I had gastritis problem since long.I am 46 yrs old .i had hypertension and using ESAM AT -1/2 tab.

The constant redness in the throat and the mucous production in the throat is due to your gastritis. There is a condition called laryngopharyngeal reflux which happens due to the reflux of the gastric contents into the throat. This keeps the throat congested always and also you will have foreign body sensation in the throat along with mucous accumulation in the throat. I would suggest you to drink plenty of warm water, do steam inhalation for few days and take medicines for acidity as well. I am sure most of your problems will subside.

You have Chronic Rhinosinusitis. Bone Loss does not cause all these Problems but few causative Organisms. These have to be confirmed by Samples obtained through Sinus endoscopy or puncture. Kindly get yourself examined by a ENT Specialist as you will need Antibiotics. The White Patches and Mucus Discharge on Tongue has to be examined to rule out any underlying Pathology. Take your BP medications regularly and exercise for an Hour daily, this will improve your Immunity and control your Blood Pressure. Since you have been taking medicines, you have developed Drug Induced Gastritis. Ask your Doctor, he will Prescribe you antacids. Drink Plenty of water and avoid stress. Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet.
