What Is The Suggestion For Constant Diarrhea?

I've had diarrhoea since yesterday. It's gotten so bad that in the end just water was coming out. I know you can get dehydrated this way so I'm making sure I drink lots and lots of water. I thought it would end after a good nights sleep. But I had to get up at 3 AM again. Now it's morning and I'm still having the same problem. I also feel some pain in my intestines, which wasn't there yesterday, and that whole region is full of sounds...
Is this normal or should I go see a physician?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, most of the diarrheal condition are self limiting and it may not needs any treatment, hut care needs to be taken for dehydration, if the symptoms persist for days then it can be tested for infection and it could be protozoa infection which is pretty common and it can be manage with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day, you can only see the physician when treatment fails to responds hope this information helps.
