What Is The Suggest Dose Of BP Medications?

i monitor my blood pressure everyday.always 160 over 60s,at nite the top number sometime is 140s i exercise eat decently and drink plenty of water.i take one pill in the morning 40 mg. and 50mg at nite. im 66 should i be taken less mg. high blood pressure runs in the family.

I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that self monitoring of blood pressure is not consider valid for treatment this need to be seen by the physician, moreover this is not the hypertension so forget about this, and if you have want clear the doubt then consult the physician, have a nice day.
