It is common to get failed in initial trails with IUI. Try one more time you may get pregnant. Before IUI get thorough examination of your body like all the possible tests that prevent pregnancy from your side like patency of Fallopian tubes and other hormonal imbalances. Hysterosalpingography is the test to know the patency of the tubes. If the tubes are blocked IUI will fail.
