What Is The Solution To Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi my pennis is not erecting properly. I am not getting the reason behind that. Plz advice me to enable to solve my problem. Once i tried to penetrate my pennis into my girlfriend . Thought it was erected not enough get strength to penetrate what is the problem.
