What Is The Solution For Stomach Gurgling, Gas, Farting?
Hi, I have a rather embarrassing problem. My stomach gurgles and I pass out a lot of gas. It makes me fart a lot. I can hardly sit through a 1 hr meeting without feeling uncomfortable. But once I stand up, I usually feel ok. I stopped eating breakfast hoping it might help but it did not. I don t know what to do.
As per your complain it seems that the problem of stomach gurgling and flatulance or farting seems to be due to excess formation of intestinal gas and the most common causes of it can be eating the food too fast, in digestion, smoking, chewing chewing gums or sucking candies frequently,lactose intolerance, irritable bowel syndrome, lack of dietary fibres etc.. I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like blood tests, colonoscopy etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.. You can be advised to take light meals every 2 hours.. You should start doing moderate workout and take walk after meals. Drink plenty of water.. You can also be advised to take Simethicone as it helps in in reducing Intestinal gas.. You should limit intake of carbonated drink, chew the food properly and also avoid smoking..
