Pediatrician, Hematology Oncology 's  Response
your baby has a relapse of ARMS most likely, although i would like a histological confirmation with biopsy. my approach would be to do salvage chemotherapy followed by autologus BMT. if facility available at your place, get her enrolled in clinical trial, that is best and scientific as well.
to summarize, meet pediatric oncologist there and ask for these options.

Pediatrician Dr. Svetlana Shrivastva's  Response
Thanks for follow up. I am pediatrician, but i decided to help, because i had to support my grandfather. The child is growing. I had positive effects with patients. For suppotive therapia and slows metastazes and prolongation of life i recommend fitotherapia- celandine, thistle from Ukraine, you try to find in India, befungin from Russia, trychopol/metronidazol/ tablets. You should control of blood test- hemoglobinum, albuminum, feed properly iron reached products, proteins-fish, eggs, chicken, give more carrots, beet roots, red fruits and vegetables, pomegranates, dates, spinach, buckwheat. Avoid sunbathing, keep in shadow. Consult with your oncologist, give analgetics. Take care and control analysis of urine and ECG
