What Is The Solution For Hydrocele Itching?

I have an itching under my hydrocele at times and i comfortable in rubbing the itching area. The itching is not at all times but regular at nights and in the morning some times. I keep applying itch guard but off no value all the times. Suggest a way out doctor pls..

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some skin infection like dermatitis or fungal infection.
Due to hydrocele there might be lack of proper hygiene resulting this problem.
Apply triple acting cream locally.
Keep local part clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
