General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you must be having some chronic infection, may be tuberculosis. The glands under the armpit may be related to the same.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a an excision and biopsy of the axillary lymph node.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have blood, general health and resistance against infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
