hello
Stress can affect many things in our lives, including our periods. Sometimes we're so stressed out that our body decreases the amount of a hormone (GnRH), which causes us to not ovulate or menstruate
being overweight/under weight can shift ur cycle or even stop them
imbalance diet may also delay menses.
if stress, diet and weight is the cause maintain healthy lifestyle.
if it continue the same even after maintaing healhty lifestyle consult gynaecologist .

Homeopath Dr. Swati Ramkumar's  Response
Hello,
Delayed menses can be caused due to stress, anemia, underlying diseases like PCOD (Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease),Obesity, Hypothyroid etc., . First and foremost it is important to identify the cause in your case and treat it accordingly.
Depending on the other symptoms (if any ) certain investigations could also be required.
A visit to a gynaecologist is suggestive who can help in ruling out the cause for you and suggest further line of treatment.

Dear
60 to70% of Indian women are anaemic and some under stress both these are potent factors apart from PCOD or hormonal imbalance. In Ayurveda Ashoka is the drug of choice to regularise cycle. You can have tab. Aloes compound with ashoka arisht.and one cap. of ferrolov forte.

Hi if I am pregnant I would be 6 weeks so for the last 4 weeks I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms and my period was late for 2 weeks when today when I woke up I had light bleeding which got heavier. I was just wondering if I am pregnant should I be concerned about the bleeding and what should I do? But if I m not pregnant why have I been feeling like this? According to everything I have read I am right on track with the pregnancy calendar.

Hi, My son, who is now 21 years old, still has some puffiness around his nipples from puberty. Of course, the tenderness which occurred early on in the puberty days has vanished. But he is a little self-conscience concerning the existing puffiness, especially since he is about to be married. My question to you would be what is the approximate maximum age at which the puffiness can be expected to leave? Thanks, Scott

Hi, I am a 17 year old male. I will be turning 18 in 2 months. I have been an upcoming singer for around 5 years. I experienced the puberty/voice cracks mainly early at around the age of 11-13. I used to be compared to that of my sister on the phone until the change. Now I am 17 and I have just recently as of maybe 8 months ago discovered what is known for singers as the head voice. I played around with it and usually sing songs far from my chest range and require me to solely sing head voice the majority of the time. Now as of maybe a week ago I wake up and my voice cracks when I try to hit the same notes I use to hit so well in head voice. Am I going through puberty again or maybe I have vocal nodules or polyps or something?
