What Is The Solution For Sinus Infection?

Im 47 women, am in good shape, I've been fighting a sinus infection as of late, and did finish in antibiotic. This morning I woke up and my chest feels heavy when I breath, my throat feels like its swollen below my adamsapple, and I have pain between my shoulders???? Kind of tired. Melinda

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The sinus infection can be secondary to bacterial infection. Nothing to be panic, consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. If it is because of the bacterial infection, then take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole (if you are not allergic). Take steam inhalation. If there are any causes inside the sinus like polyp or cyst within the maxillary sinus, then you need to get it surgically treated.
The pain in the shoulder can be secondary to musculoskeletal problems so you can take analgesics like ibuprofen(if you are not allergic).
