What Is The Solution For Early Utero-Placental Insufficiency?
This is my first pregnancy and it is 34 weeks. Whenever we go for growth scan it is showing 200 grams less than expected weight of the baby. Actually in the Doppler study it is showing Early Utero-Placental insufficiency. Please let us know is there any solution for this ? is it necessary for early delivary than expected date of delivery

The utero placental insufficiency means that there is decreased flow to the fetus in pregnancy.
You can take arginine daily and aminoacid supplements.
Lie on left lateral position.
If the fetal growth is reasonably ok and amniotic fluid is also in normal limits then you can continue till 37-38 weeks . You may need Doppler and Non stress tests weekly.
