What Is The Right Endometrial Thickness For An Ovule To Be Released?

hi,

I have PCOD.
I have highly irregular periods, it coming only once in 3-4 months, for which i have been having Ovaral L for 4 months now.
I have been advised by my gynecologist for a follicular scan.
I have gone for the scan 3 times and all 3 times, its NDF.
The endometrial thickness is 5.5mm today.
My question is if there is any link between the endometrial thickness ti be correct for the follicule to come out?
(what is the the right endometrial thickness for the an ovule to be released?)

Thank you.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Let me clear some facts regarding the thickening of endometrium, the thickness of this goes on changing according to the productive phases as for examples ovulatory phase, menstrual cycle, early proliferative phase, secretory phase, hormone therapy, and the production of ovum is not depends upon the thickening of endometrium but both are the separate functions however the thickness of the endometrium at the time of implantation of fertilized egg should be 5 t0 7 mm, I hope you can could understand this and this could clear your doubts, take care and have nice day.
