What Is The Right Dosage That Needs To Be Taken From MTPROST Lit?

I had pregnancy test recently which is 'positive'. I wish to use MTPROST kit which contains Mifepristone (1) for oral use and Misoprostol (4) for vaginal use but I dont know the dosage. Can you please advise me the dosage and duration how to use. Also guide me if it will affect my health and any precaution needed to be taken by me.

Hallow Dear,

If your pregnancy is less than 9 weeks:
Tab. Mifepristone 200 mg followed after 24-36 hours by Tab. Misoprostol 800 micrograms vaginally or buccaly or under the tongue as single dose.

However, these medicines should be taken under Obstetrician's observation and advice. Should report to the Obstetrician for follow up after 7 days. Completeness of termination should be confirmed by ultrasonography.

If the medicines fail to terminate the pregnancy, the abortion should be completed by surgical evacuation. There is a risk of abnormalities occurring in babies due to these medicines, hence the pregnancy should not be continued.

Take care please.
