What are the foods I should eat with high blood pressure also to lose weight I work all day it s very hard to eat certain type of food what are the suggestons to take to lunch to keep up natural energy and also what is a good natural energy supplement is green tea good for me

Hello , thanx for using hcm, Blood pressure can be controlled by reducing sodium consumption.sodium sources can be normal salt,processed foods like chips, burgers, pasteries, cakes, processed meats,frozen meats , pickles, sauces,papads.Dietary approaches top stop hypertension suggest you using more of fruits ,vegetables and milk products as more of potassium and casein cut down sodium.
Use less salt in cooking not exceeding one teaspoon in a day ,Use fresh fruits atleast 3-4 servings in a day and lot of vegetables in your meals,Avoid consumption of foods rich in sodium(as listed above).Include 2-4 serving of low fat milk products like curds, buttermilk,milk in day. Consume small meals 5 times a day.Do some exercise or brisk walk for 45 minutes a day. All these things will help you in losing weight and controlling your blood pressuure too.Regarding green tea its good for health.
