what is the result of my urinalysis?..im 5mos.pregnant..is this normal?.. PHYSICAL TEST color:light yellow transparency:turbid specific gravity: 1.015 CHEMICAL TEST reaction: alkaline(ph7.0) albumin:negative glucose:negative Urobilinogin: normal(3.3-16.0 umol/L bilirubin:negative Ketone;negative nitrite:negative MICROSCOPIC TEST epithelial cells: moderate/lpf mucus threads: few/lpf pus cells: 8-12/hpf red cells;: 0-3/hpf bacteria: loaded/hpf

Hi dear thanks for your question on HCM,the urine examination result which you have put on HCM,for analysis is almost 100% normal except for the puss cell,which are 8-12/hpf.this indicates urinary tract infection,which is very common in pregnancy,consult your gynecologist,for a course of antibiotic,that is all you need.

You are carrying 5 months pregnancy.
Your urine analysis report is everything normal except raised PUS cell (8-10/HPF) that indicates some sort of infection, may proceed to Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
Nearly 30% women remains asymptomatic.
If symptoms persists like burning sensation during micturition,urgency,frequency,low grade fever,abdominal cramp etc,then need short course of antibiotic treatment along with urine alkaliser (Syp URILISER or STON 1).
Otherwise, drink plenty of water (3-4 lit),maintain personal hygiene, empty bladder in time,avoid sexual intercourse through out the pregnancy period to avoid ascending infection.
So,consult with your doctor regarding your clinical symptoms .
